Job Summary
As a claims expert specializing in road insurance, you will play a central role in helping clients recover from losses. Responsibilities include assessing and analyzing information and damages to determine coverage, negotiating settlements with clients, and managing on-site tasks. Ideal candidates will have a valid AMF license, a minimum of 3 years in claims, customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid AMF license (5A)
- At least 3 years of experience as a claims expert in road insurance, especially with water or fire damage claims, as well as commercial insurance
- Passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technological aptitude with excellent computer skills
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to travel at short notice
- Strong knowledge of insurance products
- Bilingual (French/English)
