Investigate and manage complex commercial liability and professional liability claims in accordance with policy terms. Serve as the primary contact for brokers, partners, and insureds throughout the claims resolution process. Collaborate regularly with colleagues to deepen expertise in underwriting and claims, while participating in relevant industry conferences. Complete all required continuing education credits. This role reports to the President of the RPMX division, which specializes in claims management for a rapidly growing commercial insurance subsidiary.
