Job Summary
You will lead an international, interdisciplinary team in the area of Data Engineering & Data Architecture, significantly shaping the data-driven future of clients. As a strategic partner, you will advise clients at a management level on the design, implementation, and development of modern data platforms, with a clear focus on cloud-native architectures and scalable solutions. Responsibilities include project and account management, steering complex data initiatives to ensure excellent delivery and client satisfaction, and continuously developing the service portfolio by identifying new data-driven business opportunities. You will also represent the company externally at conferences and in professional articles as a thought leader in the data community. The position requires extensive experience in relevant technologies and the ability to engage clients effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in data engineering and architecture
- Several years in a consulting-related role
- Experience managing complex data initiatives
- Ability to drive projects and ensure client satisfaction
- Development and management of service portfolios
- Representation of the company on conferences and in thought leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in data engineering and data architecture
- Expertise in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake)
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to various stakeholders
- Experience in guiding clients through transformation processes
- Leadership experience in a consulting or corporate environment
- Fluency in German and English (min. C1 level)
