Job Summary
Manage selected IFRS topics with a focus on IAS 12 and income taxes, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely group reporting for the Home Comfort sub-group. Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual IFRS financial statements, monitor changes in IFRS accounting, and interpret requirements for consistent implementation. Review and approve material or non-standard journal entries while collaborating with external auditors and internal stakeholders domestically and internationally. Advise the international HC Finance Community on IFRS matters, identify improvement potential, and drive the development of reporting and consolidation processes.
Required Qualifications
- completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Business Administration or a comparable field
- several years of relevant professional experience in IFRS accounting / corporate reporting
- very strong knowledge of IFRS standards, ideally with a focus on IAS 12 / deferred taxes
- business-fluent English, both written and spoken

Desired Qualifications
- experience with consolidation tools such as OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP BCS or S/4 Group Reporting is an advantage
- good knowledge of SAP FI and MS Office, especially Excel
