Job Summary
Share your expertise in construction and manufacturing to empower entrepreneurs toward sustainable, inclusive business development globally. Turn your knowledge into a hands-on project plan while leaving a lasting social, environmental, and economic impact on communities. Matched with up to three projects annually, you will operate either remotely via Microsoft Teams or spend two weeks on-site with clients, where PUM covers flights and visas while the client handles accommodation and meals. This voluntary role requires experience in chemical technology, ceramics, paints, pharma, or metal processing, with a focus on translating knowledge into practical plans for SMEs across 26 countries.
Required Qualifications
- You have a track record of relevant experience in construction and/or manufacturing.
- You are an authentic, resilient, humble and dynamic professional.
- You appreciate cultural differences and interact with equality and respect.
- You are eager to operate as a sparring partner in culturally diverse and changing circumstances.
- You are hands-on and can translate knowledge into a practical plan.
- You have excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
- You are comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365.
- You reside in the Netherlands.
- You are registered in the Municipal Personal Records Database (BRP).
- You have Dutch basic health insurance.
- Prescreening (VOG) is part of the selection process.
