Job Summary
Maintain Genesys contact center applications and evolve voice and multimedia traffic distribution in production. Guarantee availability and quality for statistical and control solutions including PULSE, Talend ETL, and Infomart. Accompany application evolution projects and manage version upgrades for components under responsibility. Participate in asset management and build rationalization plans for the client's digital transformation. Document functional and technical corrections, update versions per client architecture standards, and deliver regular activity reports to client instances. Engage actively in agile rituals and collaborate closely with production, business, and agile teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Genesys Engage
- Experience with Genesys IRD/Composer
- Experience with Genesys ICON/Infomart
- Experience with PULSE
- Experience with ETL Talend
- Experience with Oracle databases
- Experience with API / Web services (CRM, Enregistreur, Voice Bots)
- Minimum 2 days per week on-site presence in Levallois-Perret (92)
- Ability to travel occasionally to Paris Montparnasse and Niort
