Expert Client Success Manager

Job Summary
Serve as the primary operational contact with clients to ensure an extraordinary experience with Veradigm products and services; lead complex collaborations across client and Veradigm teams (e.g., AOE, TAM, Service PD/PM, Hosting PM, Managed Services, Support leads) to align goals and actions; maintain client updates and dashboards; facilitate Strategic Roadmap Planning and oversee Veradigm Services Initiatives; ensure regulatory preparedness and communicate potential business impacts; identify opportunities for optimization, educational initiatives, and workflow best practices; support client participation in Voice of Customer processes (KLAS, CSAT) and drive improvements; identify and grow reference accounts and participate in QBRs; provide advanced consultative insights for the client growth plan; resolve complex financial or contractual disputes and support escalations; mentor less experienced Client Success Managers; visa sponsorship is not offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience Required
- 7+ years relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Senior level or equivalent experience Preferred
