Job Summary
Own the end-to-end quarterly sales quota process for Customer Engagement Team retail locations across North America, managing model-level quotas and supporting KPI tracking. Streamline data collection and consumption using AI-driven tools and automation, acting as a subject matter expert for planning tools and systems integration teams. Maintain and enhance reporting source files, conduct ad hoc analysis for leadership, and prepare for weekly management meetings. Serve as the primary contact for Sales team inquiries regarding targets and quota methodology. Available to work on-site Tuesday–Thursday 8am to 5pm at the Rancho Bernardo office. Requires 3 years of experience in business planning or sales operations, with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Power Query. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or Analytics required.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in business planning, sales operations, data analysis, or related field
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data modeling)
- Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Power BI and Power Query
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Versed in results driven dashboard reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data/methodology to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work on-site Tuesday–Thursday 8am to 5pm at the Rancho Bernardo office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Honesty, integrity, and ethical conduct
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in sales quota setting
- Familiarity with statistics and statistical analysis methods
- Working knowledge of finance/financial planning concepts
- Ability to build flows within automation tools such as Power Automate (desktop/web)
- Working knowledge of API calls
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Exposure to AI tools/platforms applied to data or reporting workflows
- Prior experience presenting to or supporting management-level meetings
