Expert Business Partner I

Conduct strategic partnerships with business leaders to structure and guide organizational change initiatives while ensuring business results align with people development, engagement, and culture. Execute all human capital subsystems and cycles, including performance evaluations, calibration, compensation cycles, hiring, engagement, and succession planning. Translate vague business pain points into pragmatic, actionable people plans and serve as a sparring partner to executive teams to drive management maturity. Actively identify growth levers, design long-term structural solutions, and transform abstract business challenges into modular, executable action plans. Maintain autonomy and resilience to deliver high-quality work on schedule, building trusted stakeholder relationships through active listening and solution-oriented consulting.
