Job Summary
Empower entrepreneurs with technical knowledge of beverage processing technologies, supporting their journey toward sustainable and inclusive business development. Translate expertise into practical project plans while leaving a lasting social, environmental, and economic impact on communities worldwide. Collaborate remotely via Microsoft Teams or on-site for two-week placements with clients across 26 countries, covering flights and visas while the client manages accommodation and meals. Matched with up to three projects annually, this voluntary role requires expertise in coffee, cocoa, or milk processing and Dutch residency. Required Qualifications
- relevant experience in beverage processing
- expertise in coffee, cocoa or milk
- authentic, resilient, humble and dynamic professional
- appreciate cultural differences and interact with equality and respect
- eager to operate as a sparring partner in culturally diverse and changing circumstances
- hands-on and can translate knowledge into a practical plan
- excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
- comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365
- reside in the Netherlands
- registered in the Municipal Personal Records Database (BRP)
- have Dutch basic health insurance
- complete Prescreening (VOG)
