Job Summary
Conduct hands-on project planning and deliver knowledge exchange for SMEs within the Associations, Education & Social Dialogue programme. Empower entrepreneurs toward sustainable, inclusive business development by matching with up to three projects annually, either on-site for two weeks or remotely via Microsoft Teams. Translate expertise into practical plans while expanding sector networks through diverse community engagements. This voluntary role requires Dutch residency, basic health insurance, and a track record in associations, education, or social dialogue. PUM covers flights and visas, with clients managing accommodation and providing an expense allowance.
Required Qualifications
- relevant experience with associations, education & social dialogue
- expertise in Employers and business support organisations (EBSO) and/ or social dialogue for employers and business support organisations
- expertise in E-learning and AI educations
- expertise in Incubators and education
- expertise in Education and didactics (train the trainer)
- expertise in Educational development
- expertise in Entrepreneurial education
- expertise in Educational leadership
- authentic, resilient, humble and dynamic professional
- appreciate cultural differences and interact with equality and respect
- eager to operate as a sparring partner in culturally diverse and changing circumstances
- hands-on and can translate knowledge into a practical plan
- excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
- comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365
- reside in the Netherlands
- registered in the Municipal Personal Records Database (BRP)
- have Dutch basic health insurance
- pass Prescreening (VOG)
