Job Summary
Design and develop ML-driven algorithms to extract actionable insights from large geospatial datasets and turn raw geospatial data into intelligence for map-making technology. Own the full lifecycle of software projects from research to production, work with large traffic data streams to decode complex datasets, collaborate with Software Engineers and Product Managers, and contribute to production environments ensuring operational excellence. Requires a university-level degree in ML/CS or related field and 5+ years of production-grade coding experience in Java and Python; experience in ML solutions (e.g., Computer Vision) and strong software engineering skills. Fluent English and ability to work in an international team are essential.
Required Qualifications
- A university-level degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a relevant field
- 5+ years of industry experience developing production-grade code, with proficiency in Java and Python
- Proven track record in solving business problems through ML solutions (e.g. Computer Vision, classic ML algorithms, etc.)
- Strong skills in Software Engineering, both in greenfield projects and optimizing existing systems
- You’re a collaborative team player who thrives in an international environment, and you have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
