Job Summary
Conduct livestock production and animal feed system support for SMEs across 26 countries, translating technical knowledge into practical project plans. Empower entrepreneurs toward sustainable, inclusive business development while leaving lasting social, environmental, and economic impact on local communities. Operate as a sparring partner in culturally diverse settings, either on-site for two-week deployments or remotely via Microsoft Teams. Matched with up to three projects annually, you will share expertise to strengthen business ecosystems and drive change worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- relevant experience in animal husbandry
- ruminant livestock in tropical climates
- animal feed production
- expertise in animal nutrition
- food processing technology
- authentic, resilient, humble and dynamic professional
- appreciate cultural differences and interact with equality and respect
- eager to operate as a sparring partner in culturally diverse and changing circumstances
- hands-on
- translate knowledge into a practical plan
- excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
- comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365
- reside in the Netherlands
- registered in the Municipal Personal Records Database (BRP)
- have Dutch basic health insurance
- pass Prescreening (VOG)
