Job Summary
Fine-tune reporting and analytics requirements with business users while defining solution pathways aligned with the platform concept. Create and maintain robust ETL processes in SAP BW4/HANA, SAP Datasphere, and Google Cloud BigQuery, alongside designing user-friendly frontend applications in SAP Analytics Cloud and Google Data Studio. Perform application monitoring, user management, and support for legacy BI systems until decommissioning. Train employees on reporting tools and ensure up-to-date documentation in the data catalog. This role supports the Villeroy & Boch Group's expanded manufacturing of lifestyle and wellness products following the 2024 acquisition of Ideal Standard.
Required Qualifications
- Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Business Administration with a quantitative and technical focus
- Excellent analytical skills
- Quick comprehension
- Structured presentation of complex business and technical contexts
- Experience with process modeling (BPMN 2.0)
- Data-driven analysis
- Strong hands-on experience in building and maintaining ETL processes
- Front-end applications within the SAP BI ecosystem (BW4/HANA, Datasphere, SAC, Analysis for Office)
- Deep understanding of core processes in at least two connected S/4HANA modules
- Fluency in English
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Experience with project and change management methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- Modern data environments, specifically Google Cloud BigQuery and Google Data Studio
- Fluency in German
