Job Summary
Oversee event technology, lead generation support, and staffing & hospitality while managing vehicle logistics, asset inventory, and event readiness. Lead operational planning from setup to teardown, coordinate vendor contracts and travel arrangements, and serve as on-site event lead for issue resolution. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency and execute safety procedures across experiential activations. This hybrid role requires 40% travel, with up to 60% during peak periods, and is open to candidates in Troy, MI; Gardena, CA; or fully remote.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of experience in experiential marketing, event operations, event planning, or a related field
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using project management software
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift event materials and equipment
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
- Preference will be given to candidates located within commuting distance of Troy, MI, or Gardena, CA
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Experience with vehicle logistics, tour management, or experiential marketing programs
- Knowledge of, or interest in, the automotive and electric vehicle industries
- Experience towing trucks and trailers or willingness to complete required training and certification
- Familiarity with event layout, event management, or similar software
- Experience with lead generation tools, CRM systems, or event lead capture technology
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
- Self-starter with the ability to make sound decisions and adapt quickly in dynamic environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, energetic attitude and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
- Available to work from the office as needed to support event operations
