Job Summary

Experiential Manager based in Philadelphia leads strategy, development, and execution of national consumer- and trade-facing experiential programs. Owns end-to-end live brand experiences from concept to on-site execution and post-event recaps, partners with internal teams and external agencies, and develops scalable activation playbooks and tools. Responsibilities include shaping activation frameworks, budgeting, agency onboarding, coordinating with Brand Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Legal/Compliance, and Finance, measuring KPIs/ROI, and driving consumer engagement and brand awareness through festivals, retail activations, partnerships, and sponsorships.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, or consumer engagement roles
  • Proven experience managing agencies and external partners from briefing through execution
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-market activations and budgets
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required for live events
