Job Summary
Experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Pawtucket/Providence, RI. Join a team of OB/GYN physicians to provide pre- and postnatal care, family planning services, patient education and counseling, and routine GYN procedures. Office hours are Monday–Friday with a patient load between 20-25 per day. Eligible candidates are fully licensed with NP certification, unrestricted state licensure, and DEA license (or ability to obtain), plus CPR, BLS, and NALS certification. Comprehensive benefits included with compensation ranging from $90,000 to $115,000 annually; CME reimbursement and company-paid malpractice, health/dental/vision, 401k with matching, and disability coverage. The role is based in Providence, RI within Unified Women's Healthcare network offering obstetrics/gynecology services across multiple affiliated practices.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required
- National Nurse Practitioner certification
- Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain
- Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
- CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain
- Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
- Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff
- Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician
