Conduct flawless interior and exterior window cleaning, operate commercial-grade pressure washers for siding and roofs, and clear gutter systems for residential and commercial properties. Maintain organized service trucks and specialized tools, while representing the company professionally to ensure total job satisfaction. This role requires direct experience with water-fed pole work, ladder safety up to 32 feet, and physical stamina for outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record to operate the fleet. No training is provided; you must step into a fully equipped truck on day one. High performers receive production incentives and bonuses, with opportunities to advance into Crew Lead or Fleet Management roles as the team expands.
Required Qualifications
- Direct, professional experience in residential and commercial window cleaning and pressure washing
- Hands-on experience with commercial pressure washing
- Hands-on experience with soft washing
- Professional window cleaning techniques
- Absolute comfort and experience handling ladders up to 32 feet safely and independently
- Ability to handle physical outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Ability to move heavy equipment daily
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Ability to show up on time, every day
