Job Summary
Review and process warranty claims submitted by customers or service technicians, verifying coverage and ensuring documentation is complete. Submit claims to manufacturers or service providers promptly, track statuses, and maintain detailed records of all claim activities. Update warranty databases, file paperwork, and respond to customer inquiries regarding coverage and resolution. Coordinate with technicians, parts departments, and the accounting team to gather information and resolve disputes while ensuring compliance with policies. Monitor claim trends and report on areas for improvement. Requires two years of warranty administration experience, a high school diploma, and ability to lift 15 pounds. - Two years of experience in warranty administration with a proven track record of managing and processing warranty claims effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
