Job Summary
Supervise daily warehouse operations, lead associates, and ensure proper staffing levels to meet customer needs. Welcome and onboard new employees, set up timekeeping systems, and introduce hires to customer management and warehouse protocols. Assist with coaching and on-the-job training while monitoring attendance, productivity, and timekeeping records. Conduct daily safety meetings, investigate workplace incidents, and submit reports to corporate leadership. Communicate effectively with customers, warehouse teams, and corporate leadership, and prepare reports using Microsoft Office applications. This full-time split shift role includes 40 hours per week with weekly pay, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse leadership experience (Lead, Supervisor, or higher) OR 5+ years of warehouse experience
- Certified and experienced operating a Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Safety-focused with the ability to motivate and lead teams
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
