Job Summary
Accurately pick customer orders using pick tickets or RF scanners, then pull, stage, and prepare products for shipping. Verify quantities, inspect items for quality, and pack and label orders according to company standards. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, organize merchandise, and keep warehouse locations clean. Follow all safety procedures and productivity standards while performing other duties as assigned. Requires 1–2 years of experience, RF scanner proficiency, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Full-time day shift available with night shift options; starting pay is $18.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of warehouse picking experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent attendance
