Job Summary
Welcome and serve guests professionally while taking food and beverage orders and maintaining table and bar cleanliness. Operate the POS system to process payments and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Handle customer requests and complaints, monitor service quality, and support opening and closing procedures. For the Front-of-House Supervisor, lead the team during shifts, allocate duties, and ensure company procedures and HACCP standards are followed. Assist with stock checks and deliveries. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Team-oriented, reliable and professional
- Good English
Desired Qualifications
- SVH qualification preferred, or willingness to obtain it
- Dutch/Italian is a plus
