Job Summary
Lead day-to-day project management and oversee execution on advisory and financing transactions across payors, providers, HCIT, and pharma services. Drive long-term client relationship development through dialogue with client leadership, lead client meetings, and draft marketing materials including teasers and information memoranda. Develop and oversee financial and accounting analyses to identify M&A and financing opportunities, while analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to support new business development. Act as the lead "on the job" trainer for Associates and Analysts, articulating roles and providing constructive feedback. Ensure all activity remains compliant with firm rules, regulations, and policies. This role requires 7+ years of experience with 4+ years in investment banking or M&A, including SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses. The position is based in the New York office at least four days per week with an annual base salary of $250,000.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of professional experience
- 4+ years of prior investment banking or equivalent M&A experience
- SIE Exam, Series 79 and Series 63 must be acquired within 150 days of employment
- Currently, this role is expected to be in the New York office at least 4 days per week

- Sell-side advisory experience is a plus
