Job Summary
Welcome clients and their pets with a friendly, compassionate approach while answering phone calls, texts, and emails. Schedule and coordinate appointments, checking clients and patients in and out. Process payments, handle basic financial transactions, and maintain accurate documentation of client communications as required by law. Provide information about veterinary services and products, support veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks, and keep the front desk clean and organized. Use digital platforms including Windows, Gmail, Google Drive, and the cloud-based practice management system Neo. This role requires at least one year of veterinary CSR experience and flexibility to work some weekends.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience working as a CSR in a veterinary hospital
- Minimum 1 year of veterinary CSR experience
- High school diploma/GED, or equivalent education and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced veterinary environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfort working with computers and multiple digital platforms
- Flexibility to work some weekends
