Experienced Veterinary CSR

Answer phones, take accurate messages, and set appointments while distinguishing between general care, urgent, and emergency needs. Maintain a clean work area, file documents, and assist pet owners during shifts that run Monday through Saturday with flexible hours. Stay calm in emergency situations and communicate effectively within the cross-trained team. You may work at the front desk and assist in treatment if desired. This role supports Steele Creek Animal Hospital, an independently owned Charlotte clinic offering rehabilitation services including underwater treadmills and acupuncture.
