Job Summary
Experienced Veterinary Assistant position at Central Veterinary Hospital in Knoxville, TN. Support veterinarians with patient restraint, nursing care, and treatment procedures; assist during surgical and dental procedures including preparation and recovery monitoring; help with laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, and sample collection; educate clients on preventive care, medications, and treatment plans; maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation; ensure cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of equipment and treatment areas; assist with emergency and urgent care as needed; contribute to a compassionate, professional customer service experience and a collaborative team environment.
