Experienced Utility Truck Service Technician- (Aerial Equipment / HD Truck Preferred)

Job Summary
Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company-owned equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting. Maintain tools to disassemble and assemble components per manufacturer specifications while adhering to safety, environmental, and contamination control policies. Research repair needs, order parts, and complete documentation using appropriate software to track repair times. Conduct assigned work in a neat, orderly fashion, constantly improving methods and safety standards. Assist with facility appearance and shop conditions by following contamination control guidelines and performing general maintenance duties.

- High School diploma or GED
- 1-5 years
- Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers
- Work is typically performed during regular business hours with occasional requirements to work nights, holidays and weekends

Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products and relevant Dealer software programs
- Aerial Equipment and Heavy-Duty Truck experience
