Job Summary
Conduct underground deputy duties in a renewed contract with an even time roster of 7 on 7 off on day shift or a 4/3 night shift. Lead teams while promoting a positive safety culture and demonstrating sound planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills to meet targets. Maintain a genuine commitment to safety through risk and hazard identification, supported by a flexible attitude and sound work ethic. This role offers fantastic remuneration of $150K-$169K, provided accommodation, and full-time leave entitlements, including Annual and Long Service Leave.
Required Qualifications
- A current Deputy certificate of competency, or mutual recognition qualification
- Practising Deputy Certificate
- Provide first aid certificate
- Minimum 12 Months Underground Experience
- Current, or willingness to obtain, Order 43 medical
