Job Summary
Lead Preschool Teacher responsible for creating a welcoming, engaging classroom for infants, toddlers, and preschool children; implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in a way that meets each child’s needs; foster a safe, nurturing environment; regularly communicate with parents about children’s progress via mobile apps and discussions; collaborate with center staff to support enrollment and engagement; build positive relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic, integrated learning environment. Requires 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required); requires an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or HS diploma/GED (required).
