Job Summary
Assist with trenching, pipe laying, jointing, bedding, backfill, and compaction while setting up traffic control and maintaining site housekeeping. Secure and move materials, load/unload trucks, and support equipment operators by spotting loads and guiding hoses. Help install manholes and perform basic concrete or asphalt patching as needed, following project plans and crew leader direction. Work outdoors in all weather conditions across active job sites in the Triad area, starting at 7:00 AM daily. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Construction experience
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly, stand/bend/kneel for long periods, and perform strenuous tasks, outside in the elements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass pre‐employment drug screen and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- English
- Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to start
Desired Qualifications

- OSHA 10 certification
- Confined Space certification
- Trenching/Shoring certification
- CPR/First Aid certification
