Job Summary
Develop travel packages and manage bookings for domestic and international travel (cruises, land tours, flights, hotels). Educate clients on AAA benefits and exclusive perks, leverage AAA strategies to achieve sales goals, process bookings and travel documentation, resolve client concerns, and attend training and familiarization trips to stay ahead in the industry. No Sundays; schedule Mon-Fri 8 AM–6 PM and Sat 8 AM–5 PM; role involves building long-term client relationships and expanding book of business within AAA policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree or graduate of an accredited travel school is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a retail/leisure travel agent (or other comparable travel experience) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of Retail experience required
- Certified Travel Associate (CTA) designation required within 2 years of job acceptance
