Job Summary
Manage transportation and structural design projects for municipal and county clients, acting as project leader, designer, and technical expert. Consult with stakeholders to leverage funding sources, coordinate with the DOT on critical processes, and develop project plans and contract documents. Build new client relationships while ensuring completeness of all design forms and reports. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of experience, and Iowa or Wisconsin PE licensure. Based in Dubuque or Davenport, Iowa.
Required Qualifications
- Transportation or Structural Engineer possessing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of practical experience in design of transportation or bridge systems
- Less years of experience may be accepted if in the specific field
- Current Licensure as a Professional Engineer in Iowa and/or or Wisconsin or ability to become registered
