Job Summary
Experienced Tooling Machinist responsible for operating a surface grinder to sharpen punches and dies, performing machining, drilling, CNC operations, and programming with minimal supervision; building, modifying, and completing molds using drills, mills, saws, lathes, and CNC equipment; troubleshooting tooling and machining issues; collaborating with engineering and production teams; maintaining machines and 5S/safety standards; mentoring less experienced team members; strong background in machining, tool & die, mold making, or die making; preferred technical diploma or associate degree; proficient in reading blueprints and tooling drawings; attention to detail, quality, and safety; effective communicator and team player.
Required Qualifications

- Technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience operating surface grinders and CNC equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tooling drawings
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
