Job Summary
As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow; implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers; foster a growth mindset to develop young minds; communicate regularly with parents about children’s adventures and achievements via mobile apps and discussions; support center goals around enrollment and engagement; build relationships with families and coworkers to cultivate a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related degree preferred, or High school diploma/GED required
- Two years of professional teaching experience preferred or one year of professional teaching experience required
- There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role
