Job Summary
Lead Preschool Teacher responsible for creating a welcoming, engaging classroom for young children, using a growth mindset to foster learning, implementing the proprietary LEAP Curriculum with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers, maintaining a safe, nurturing environment, and communicating regularly with parents about children’s progress via mobile apps and discussions. The role includes supporting center goals around enrollment and engagement and building relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Required Qualifications
- two years of professional teaching experience preferred or one year of professional teaching experience required
- associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred or high school diploma/GED required
