Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow while implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®. Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. Communicate regularly with parents about their children's achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions, and partner with center staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals. Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
