Job Summary
As an Experienced Preschool Lead Teacher, you will create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for infants, toddlers, or preschool children, using the L.E.A.P. Curriculum to support each child’s development. You will foster a safe, nurturing environment, communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress, and collaborate with daycare staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals. The role emphasizes growth-minded instruction, relationship-building with families and coworkers, and delivering professional development and ongoing growth opportunities for both yourself and your center. The position requires 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required) and an associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required).
