Experienced Toddler Teacher

Lead Teacher for a Toddler Classroom (Ages 1–2) at The Learning Experience in Columbia, SC. Create developmentally appropriate learning experiences, foster a safe and organized classroom, support daily care routines (diapering, meals, transitions), and document developmental milestones. Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members; promote social-emotional growth through positive guidance; serve as a role model with professionalism, leadership, and teamwork. Requires experience with toddlers (lead teaching preferred), strong communication and collaboration skills, availability 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and willingness to obtain SC Health & Safety (15-hour) and First Aid/CPR certifications.
