Experienced Toddler Teacher

Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow while implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® tailored to each child's unique needs. Use a growth mindset to develop young minds, ensure safety, and communicate regularly with parents via apps and discussions. Partner with staff to achieve enrollment goals and build relationships with families and coworkers. Requires one year of professional teaching experience (or six months), an associate degree or higher in ECE, and adherence to applicable state licensing requirements.
