Job Summary
Lead Teacher for a Toddler Classroom (ages 1–2) at The Learning Experience in Columbia, SC. Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences; foster a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom; support daily care routines; build positive relationships with children, families, and teammates; observe and communicate developmental milestones; encourage social-emotional growth; model professionalism, leadership, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with toddlers (ages 1–2)
- Lead teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Availability to work 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Early Childhood Education coursework preferred
- Must obtain or be willing to obtain the free 15-hour South Carolina Health & Safety Certification before orientation
- Must obtain or be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
