Experienced Title Processor

Process residential purchase and refinance transactions from opening through closing preparation, including reviewing title commitments, ordering payoffs and surveys, and preparing settlement statements and closing packages. Coordinate with lenders, Realtors, attorneys, and sellers while monitoring contract deadlines and proactively resolving issues before closing day. Communicate clearly to keep all parties informed and work independently to ensure every file is ready for a smooth closing. This role requires previous experience as a Title Processor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously. SoftPro experience is preferred.
