Experienced Title Examiner

Examine residential title using public records, DataTrace, and other resources to research deeds, mortgages, easements, liens, and tax records. Identify title defects and determine requirements necessary to clear title, then prepare accurate title commitments and supporting documentation. Work directly with processors, closers, underwriters, attorneys, lenders, and Realtors to resolve issues and maintain organized electronic files. Deliver accurate work while maintaining excellent turnaround times and assisting with underwriting questions when needed. This role requires previous title examiner experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating on a team focused on quality over volume.
