Job Summary
Perform vehicle inspections, diagnose and repair Subaru mechanical and electrical systems, and complete routine maintenance and major engine repairs while maintaining manufacturer standards. Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors, maintain accurate documentation, and keep the work area clean and safe. Stay current on Subaru technology, diagnostics, and repair procedures. This role offers up to $49/hour flat-rate pay with medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off. ASE certification support is provided, and factory training opportunities are available. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Subaru technician or strong import dealership experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Subaru Select Monitor (SSM) preferred
- ASE Certifications are a plus (we'll help you maintain them)
