Job Summary
Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fun, fast-paced environment. Leverage expertise in individual, trust, and partnership tax returns to complete seasonal tax preparation work. Apply excellent communication skills to deliver extraordinary customer service experiences. This seasonal role offers flexible schedule options for full-time and part-time positions, including opportunities for advancement. The team provides free tax preparation training, PTIN registration reimbursement, and access to free continuing tax education.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
- Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes
