Job Summary
Provide exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fun, fast-paced environment. Leverage expertise in individual, trust, and partnership tax returns to prepare filings efficiently. Utilize strong communication skills to deliver extraordinary customer support throughout the seasonal tax season. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules with opportunities for advancement. The team provides free tax preparation training, PTIN reimbursement, and access to Enrolled Agent materials. Required Qualifications
- 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
- Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes
