Job Summary
Provide exceptional client service by connecting with clients in a fun, fast-paced environment while leveraging expertise in tax laws, individual, trust, and partnership returns. Deliver extraordinary customer support utilizing excellent communication skills and a passion for helping the hardest working. Complete tax preparation tasks with basic computer proficiency, applying knowledge from accounting, finance, retail, or bookkeeping backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
- Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes
