Job Summary
Conduct individual, trust, and partnership tax return preparation while connecting with clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Provide exceptional customer service and apply knowledge of tax laws to support the hardest working. Complete 2+ seasons of previous experience with individual, trust, and/or partnership returns, leveraging a background in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes. Utilize basic computer skills and demonstrate willingness to learn through ongoing tax preparation training and continuing education. Thrive in an open culture with opportunities for advancement within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
- Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn
