Job Summary
Conduct full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and manage calculations for customers using Intuit TurboTax products. Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds while delivering personalized solutions in everyday language. Act as a proactive community ambassador by engaging new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients through local marketing efforts. Deliver a best-in-class customer experience by building trust, addressing inquiries, and helping clients achieve financial goals such as retirement savings or college funds. Work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location Sunday through Saturday for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
- Strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- Possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
- Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season
- Experience using professional tax preparation software
- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location
- Availability Sunday through Saturday for a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Must reside within the United States
- Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
- Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment
