Job Summary
Tax Expert – Retail On-Site in TurboTax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. Provide full service tax preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support using Intuit TurboTax; engage with new prospects, lead local events, build relationships in the community, and deliver an exceptional customer experience both in-person and via video. Must reside in the United States and be onsite at a TurboTax location; active PTIN required; minimum 3 years of paid tax-return preparation experience; familiarity with Circular 230; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Active credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with PTIN
- Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 50+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software
- Familiarity with Circular 230
