Job Summary
Prepare federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corps, and trusts while assisting with tax planning and research for diverse clients. Review financial data and workpapers to ensure accuracy and compliance, then communicate directly with clients to address tax-related questions. Collaborate with managers and partners on special projects and technical issues, maintaining accurate records to support smooth engagement workflows. Required Qualifications
- 2–6 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Familiarity with tax prep software (e.g., CCH Axcess, UltraTax, ProSystems, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and client-service skills
Desired Qualifications
- CPA license or progress toward CPA
